This cord appears in the photo to have the button required to sync the TX, but does not actually have it. It will not work with our Palm TX-becareful if you are purchasing this for a TX! And to add insult to injury-it would cost us far more to return this unusable cord than to just purchase a new one.

I ordered this cable as I can’t find the original that came with my T/X. The cable arrived in less than 1 week (excellent!) and I was finally able to charge my T/X. However, it is not a hot sync cable. The sync button looks like the real deal, but it is just a molded button. It canot be pressed or anything. So, unfortunately, I still cannot sync my T/X to my computer.

I wanted a Palm brand cable that provided data + charging capabilities, but they don’t make one. This one works great, though, so no worries. I’d buy another one.
